Billboard Sponsor Graphics Specification Guide

    1. Billboard Sponsor graphics must be delivered in either of the following file formats:
      JPEG, TGA, .TIF, or .PCT
    2. Files must be delivered with an alpha channel for keying. If an alpha channel cannot be provided, the graphic must reside over a solid black background.
    3. 35mm Slides are not acceptable.

  2. File Resolution
    1. Billboard Sponsor graphic files should be delivered in the following resolution: 720 X 540
    2. The Sponsor Logo should be as large as possible within 80% title safety.
    3. Logo can be either white on black or color on black
    4. Company licensed characters or mascots are acceptable.
    5. Tag lines, 800 numbers or Web site address is allowed on lower third of Billboard.

  3. Delivery Media
    1. All files should be delivered on any of the following media:
      1. 1.44mb High Density Floppy Disks
      2. 100mb Iomega Zip Disks
      3. CD ROM
      4. Photo CD
    2. All Media should be provided in IBM Format.
    3. In addition to the physical media:
      1. E-mail attachments will still be an ongoing option.
      2. E-mail file attachments should also adhere to the same specs as detailed above.
      3. Lifetime requires a 2 week lead time from arrival of material to actual broadcast
